Video Appointments

Please note, as of April 7, 2026, we are no longer using doxy.me as our platform for telehealth visits. Please read carefully below for our new process to access telehealth visits.

15 minutes before your video appointment, you will receive an invitation that will contain a link. In the new tab, you will be prompted to enter an access code and certify that you consent to this type of consultation.

To ensure that the video teleconsultation session is successful, if you are on an iPhone or an iPad, you must use Safari as your internet browser. If you are on any other type of device, please use either Google Chrome or Safari.

Also note that the device you are using must have a functioning camera to allow the treating staff to see you, and that all other applications using audio or video must be closed.

If the clinic is closed and you require medical attention:
