How to access Video Appointments
Book a video appointment by calling the office or booking online.
You will receive an email reminding you of your appointment date and time.
At the time of your appointment, click on your physician’s name below.
Your doctor may still be finishing up with the previous patient, so please be patient.

When it is time for your appointment, choose your physician below and you will be redirected to the Doxy.me virtual appointment interface. We recommend joining the virtual waiting room ten minutes before your scheduled appointment.

If you have not done so yet, you can call the office and our MOAs will email you a link to register for the Meadowbrook Patient Portal. This portal allows you to book your appointments online.
