You can book telephone, video, and in-person appointments online, including pap tests, pediatric vaccines and prenatal appointments. You will need to call the office to book procedures such as excisions, IUD insertions and joint injections.

We have a new online portal that will require you to re-register. Pomelo is no longer be in service.

Appointment availability with Medfar-MYLE is now open for those whose accounts have been linked.

Online bookings will be posted for the next four weeks.  If you wish to book further ahead, please call the office.  If your own doctor is not available, you are able to book with another locum physician.  

We save a few appointments everyday for urgent concerns that can’t wait until the next regular appointment.  These are available to book online. These are now available at 12 pm midnight the night before your provider works, or by calling the office at 8:30am.  On the portal, select “Book an appointment” (not emergency appointment).

If your provider has urgent appointments available, they will appear here at midnight, labelled as an “Urgent 5 minute same-day single-issue appointment”.

To offer these to as many patients as possible, we ask you to limit yourself to one urgent concern. We also have a Locum Doctor Clinic most Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, staffed by trusted locum physicians who can see any Meadowbrook patient in need of timely care.

If your need is urgent and you cannot find an online appointment to meet your needs, please call the office and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

You will be able to link family members to your account, but this needs to be done by our office staff. Please call to ask staff to link your family members to your account.

To register for online booking please follow these steps: 

1. Have your health insurance card on hand

2. Click on this link

3. Fill in the fields that appear in the window then click on Create an account

4. To complete the registration on the portal, you have to return to your email box (or your junk folder), and complete activation of the patient portal

5.  Do not hesitate to save the portal link in your favourites for future use
